I joined GRS in February 1998. It's my job to train and motivate the team and then get out of their way so they can succeed and grow.
GRS is my life’s work. It is my passion to grow the business so that we can positively impact as many lives as possible. Our business is about improving the lives of the people we place and the people they will impact through the organizations that we place them within. Also, the team at GRS has the opportunity to grow in their careers as they help more people find better homes. The larger we get, the greater the positive impact. That is what drives me.
I've been married since 1999 to Alison who works harder than I have ever dreamed of working with our 4 daughters. I am a washed up old hockey player that turned to tennis when hockey started hurting too much. I also enjoy fishing though I rarely catch any, and I love skiing and boating with my kids. Outside of that, I am usually doing something with my girls or tackling some project around my house that I’d be better off paying someone to do.
