After success 6 months prior, a worldwide leader in hydraulic couplings contacted GRS with an opening for a Sales & Marketing Manager

On September 7th, 2007 Ted Frost of Faster Inc. approached Heather Goldberg and the GRS team with an opening for a Sales & Marketing Manager. Faster Inc. is a worldwide leader in the hydraulic couplings field and they were in need of another manager due to rapid growth within the market. The person they were looking for would be responsible for individuals within the organization and would be required to formulate budgets and forecasts. Right away GRS knew they had some work to do, but this was not the first time working with Faster Inc. About 6 months prior, Faster approached GRS because they had a Sales Account Manager opening in Northern Ohio. That search was solved fairly quickly and smoothly so Frost knew he could trust GRS with this search. In the end, this search for a Sales & Marketing Manager, like the first search, was successful...

The search for one Sales Account Manager yielded two new employees for a provider of indoor environmental quality solutions

On March 24th 2008, GRS partnered with Ingenuity IEQ, a provider of indoor environmental quality solutions located in central Michigan. This discussion was the first of many between Colleen Bement and Heather Goldberg of GRS, and Mike Fox and Lori Richardson of Ingenuity IEQ, but was originally set up to find out the basics. Due to expansion, Ingenuity IEQ was looking for a Sales Account Manager in Northeast Ohio to handle the accounts in the area. GRS took the time to not only understand the position available, but also Ingenuity IEQ as an organization and the people that worked within it. This 30 minute conversation created a relationship between the parties that is still ongoing today...

In partnership with a world class leader in vacuum technology, a search for a Regional Sales Manager and Market Development Manager ends successfully

On April 9th, 2007 Mike Pastore of SIHI Pumps contacted John Rachel with an opening, for someone either in the Midwest or Northeast. Due to recent growth, the organization felt they wanted to transition into other markets for a larger consumer base to continuing growing. Mike had realized that the best way to do this is to hire someone from other industries to facilitate the transition. John assured Mike that the position could be filled; being that our database is filled with individuals from all locations selling to different markets. Mike and John then sat down to come up with the parameters of the search, so that John could understand exactly what Mike was looking for. This conversation created a relationship that ended up leading Mike to GRS again months later...
