I joined GRS in August of 2003. As the team leader of the Fluid Handling division, it is my responsibility to ensure that we provide the best recruiting service to the clients that partner with us, and a career coach for the candidates that have motivations to advance their career.
The most satisfaction that I’m able to gain at GRS is the ability to make an immediate impact, not only on the lives of people that we place into new and better careers, but their families as well. It’s a pretty amazing feeling walking into the office every morning knowing that I can help a struggling company solve their hiring issues, and place a candidate into a better long term situation. To me GRS also means a tight knit family work environment. There is great inter-office camaraderie which stems from each GRS employee sharing the same core values and all having the same long term career goals.
Outside of my work life I have an amazing wife, Caryn, of 13 years, and 3 wonderful kids. Growing up in Northeast Ohio I unfortunately didn’t have much of a choice but to be a diehard Browns, Indians, and Cavs fan. It’s personally a struggle making it through each sporting season, but my 2 boys who are sports enthusiasts always find a way to point out the positives. Other than sports, I have the fortune of spending a lot of time with my family attending our kids’ school events, trail hiking (kids' favorite), among many other events.
