Location: Remote with Travel

GRS is conducting a U.S. search for a National Sales Manager to fulfill a crucial role with our client, a growing manufacturer in the Compressor Industry. This is a remote role that requires travel for training and on-site interactions with customers and stakeholders in the US, Canada and Mexico.

General Requirements:

  • Experience selling a mechanically engineered product, preferably compressors

  • Strong track record of/or capability of growing a sales team and holding sales people accountable for results

  • Ability to effectively communicate well in one on one, group presentations and in writing

  • Understanding of the manufacturer/distributor relationship

  • Must be a self-starter that can work independently to execute a business plan for results

  • Must have the flexibility to travel as needed
