Location: USA (Remote Base)
Strong sales leadership and an affinity for strategic marketing will make you a stand-out candidate in GRS' Executive Search for a Director of Sales and Marketing. Our client, a Fluid Power manufacturer, is seeking a well-rounded professional to hire, coach, and manage their national sales team, provide market analysis and strategy, and lend insight to the product development team.
The individual who assumes the role of Director of Sales and Marketing will report directly to the company President.
General requirements include:

Knowledge of the Fluid Power industry is ideal

Strong sales leadership experience (10+ years)

Ability to establish a brand using marketing resources

Hands-on sales and management style

Ability and desire to be in front of customers

Experience setting and building strategy
