The successful candidate will work out of the company's southeast Michigan headquarters, have a history of success in growing sales, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.

Desired Background & Experience:

• Established track record of leading sales teams & proven ability to foster sales growth

• Strong understanding of commercial service center business operations

• Industrial Distribution management experience preferred

• P&L experience preferred with basic financial management & understanding required

• Ethical and honest, strong customer service orientation

• College degree with MBA preferred
