Overarching Responsibilities:

Implement a strategic plan for sales growth throughout the nation

Lead all members of the sales team and ensure best-in-class customer experience

Responsible for P&L statements and bottom-line sales financials

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to create a positive culture for success

Nurture an environment that attracts and retains the top talent in the industry
Desired Background & Experience:

Established track record of sales leadership & business growth with project management experience preferred
-
Previous experience managing sales channel partner relationships
-
Strong technical aptitude combined with business acumen (BSME + MBA preferred)

Experience with personnel development, training, performance improvement & mentorship
-
Previous experience introducing new products to market & rep networks

Previous P&L responsibility with strong analytical & financial decision making process

Knowledge of the construction market (new construction or remodel)

Driven personality, promotes accountability, gritty & visionary
