GRS is actively engaged in an Executive Search for a CEO in the fluid power industry with a growth mindset and the leadership ability to take our client to the next level. This manufacturer is poised for growth and seeking a professional to lead from their Nashville facility.

Previous experience managing Profit and Loss is a key requirement for the role.

Primary Requirements:

​​

• Experience with Pneumatics, Fluid Power, Fittings and/or Automation

• Superior communication skills; ability to effectively communicate internally and with management team

• Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to build successful teams

• Must be growth-oriented and  able to lead expansion efforts

• Must have P&L Experience

• Soft skills attributes: honest and straightforward person who is invested in the vision of the company

• Must live or be able to relocate to Nashville
